Do you enjoy the grace and beauty that can be achieved while exploring the realm of arm balances? If so, please join Charlie for a light hearted and jovial session of discovery. With our hands firmly grounded and our feet in the air, we will revel in the possibilities. This workshop is aimed at the serious practitioner (arm balance junkie), as well as; the novice or arm balance fledgling. We’ll discuss the foundations and break down some basic arm balances, likebakasana (crane) and kakasana (crow). Move towards exploring parsva bakasana
(side crane),koundinyasana I&II, eka pada bakasana, bhujapidasana, tittibhasana (firefly) and maybe one or two more. The class will conclude with the linking of multiple arm balances into a sequence. Beginners will learn how to properly enter these poses, while advanced practitioners will learn new entries and variations.
